STAGE DOOR AND PROPS ENTRY
All persons backstage must be named on their teams backstage list, submitted prior to the comp. Each person must be signed in and signed out at stage door.

QUIN AUDITORIUM
STAGE DIMENSION
11m x 9.5m- TBC
There is no space between Back Curtain and cyc. Mid Curtain available for reveals.
WYNDHAM CULTURAL CENTRE- Not in use for 2024
STAGE DIMENSION
10m x 10m stage area
1m clearance behind back curtain- no mid curtain allowed in core items
Approximately 2.5m between each lighting dot.
STAGE DOOR AND PROPS ENTRY
Stage door is located at the back of the Theatre (Princes Hwy side)
Prop door is located to the left of the stage door, either via the roller door, or tech entrance. These doors are to be opened by Coastside or theatre staff only, 45 minutes before your comp.
INFORMATION FOR ALL VENUES
MUSIC
Music is required to in MP3 and upload via Comp HQ by due date. Please bring a backup USB.
DLP
DLP is required to be in MP4 format and uploaded via Comp HQ by due date. Please bring a backup USB.
LIGHTING SHEETS
If you require lighting for your items, your Lighting Sheets need to be submitted via email by the deadlines outlined in welcome email. There will be a reminder email in the week prior. No lighting sheet= no lighting.
Please ensure that lighting sheets are labelled correctly. See example below.

We require Club name, item and what team it is (team 1/2 etc). If they are not labelled correctly, they will be sent back to you to re label.

WORKING WITH CHILDREN'S CHECKS
All persons backstage in your dressing room require a WWCC. This is your responsibility and you must wear your card whilst backstage. We will provide langyards for this. We will be conducting spot checks throughout our comps to ensure clubs are complying.
COACHES PASSES
Coach passes will be allocated based on coaches listed on entries. This pass allows coaches access to the audience. All other coaches wishing to go into the audience must have a ticket (at child's price)
PROGRAMS
Our programs will be published on our website prior to your competition. There will be limited amounts available at the competition, so we would strongly advise to print your own, as to not be disappointed. Changes to programs are not permitted.
SPORTSMANSHIP AGREEMENT
As we share the venues with other performing groups, it is imperative that all teams adhere to the following
· All competitors must be covered when leaving dressing rooms.
· Please be respectful of the venue, which includes their staff.
· Please refrain from using inappropriate language
Venues have advised us that if this is not adhered to, they can ask the team to leave the venue.
VOLUNTEERS
We are always looking for volunteers to assist us with the running of the comps. If you can spare a morning or afternoon, please let us know!
