MUSIC/DLP UPLOADS
Due the week prior. Both venues require these early to check the track through their systems. Please upload by the due date.

Due on the Friday prior. Both venues have plotting time scheduled on the Monday of comp week. Please upload these by the due date outlined in the Dropbox tab on our website.
PROGRAMS
LIGHTING SHEETS
Our programs will be published on our website prior to your competition. There will be no printed programs available at the competition, so we strongly advise printing your own to avoid disappointment. Changes to programs are not permitted.
BACKSTAGE PASSES
BACKSTAGE PASSES
Both venues have strict backstage capacity limits. Backstage passes will be allocated based on this and team numbers. All persons backstage in your dressing room require a WWCC. This is your responsibility and you must wear your card whilst backstage. We will provide langyards for this. These do not have admittance into the audience.

Coach passes will be allocated based on the coaches listed on entries. This pass allows coaches access to the audience. All other registered coaches wishing to go into the audience must have a ticket (at a child's price)

STAGE DOOR AND PROPS ENTRY
Backstage entry process
- All persons backstage must be named on their teams' backstage list, submitted prior to the comp.
- Each person must be signed in and signed out at the stage door each time they enter and exit.
- Team Backstage lists must only list those who are still backstage. (Not all parents need to be on the list) Parents are able to drop their child off into their dressing room, and must exit the backstage area as soon as they are able
- Parents are not able to come and go from the backstage area to dress their child
- All people backstage MUST have a visible Working with Children's Check card.
PROPS ENTRY
- Large props must be delivered to the props bay in Police lane no later than 1/2 prior to comp start time.
- Cars/trailers must not be left unattended.
- Small hand props can be brought in via stage door.

- Dressings will be available 45 minutes before your competition.
- Backstage lists are not required for the venue, they are required by you in case of an emergency.
PROPS ENTRY
- Large props must be delivered to the props door no earlier than 45 minutes
- Cars/trailers must not be left unattended.
- Small hand props can be brought in via stage door.
